'QDocument' Achievo module usage instructions

1. What is it?
--------------
The 'qdocument' module is a an add-on for the 'quotation' module. It adds
the ability to upload document files for a quotation. Multiple versions
of the same document can be uploaded, and each version can have a status.


2. Assumptions
--------------
1) You should have activated both the quotation and qdocument module in 
   Achievo. See the doc/INSTALL file for instructions on how to install 
   and activate the module.   

   
3. Instructions
---------------

The document upload capabilities appear in the edit screen of quotations.
Functionality is quite self-explanatory.
