Project Management

This is the first screen of Achievo's project management feature. It is the screen that lets you select a project. This screen features an alphabetical index, as well as some nifty search options. This easy way of looking up data is a feature that you will find in all features of Achievo.

 Project planning

This screenshot shows the graphical gantt chart, which provides an overview of the planning of a project. The gantt chart is calculated automatically from project start time, phase dependencies and phase duration estimations.

 Project Statistics

This screen shows one of the statistics options of Achievo. In this case, statistics are generated about time spent on a project, devided per phase, employee and activity.

 Time Registration

This screen shows Achievo's time entry screen. In the top part of the screen, you can register a new time entry. In the lower part, you can see an overview of the time that has been registered today.

 Week Report

This screen gives you a report of the hours that have been booked in the past weeks. You can immediately see if a user has worked more than his contract allows. The output is fully customisable, and there is even an export to file feature.

 Scheduler

Achievo has an extensive scheduler feature, making it easy for employees to keep track of their appointments. The scheduler lets users see each others' schedule, and features a 'compare schedule' feature to find the right moment for a company meeting.
