Ivo,

I hate to bother you - but I'm trying to set up Achievo and it's running
in Linux on a shared server. I have everything up, and it seems fine
except that every time I define something (e.g., a user, organization,
etc.) the system allows me to enter only 1 and then overwrites the first
one when I enter a second.

I created an Administrator log in. Then, when I tried to create a
regular "team member" login for myself - it overwrote the Administrator
login.

What am I doing wrong? I can't find the bug and I keep looking.
