I am trying to get acquainted with the source code of Achievo
by trying out some features. For example, when the link "User
Preferences" is chosen, two tabs, "General" and "Scheduler"
appear. I would like to add a third tab.

Where is the piece of code which handles this (drawing a third
tab, giving it a label, and filling it with some information).
