but I don't know where and what to change.. Can you detail a little bit more?

It's not configurable yet I think, but you can easily remove this constraint, edit modules/timereg/class.hours.inc, find the line that adds the atkDateAttribute for the activitydate field. One of the parameters is the 'maximum date' which is set to today. If you change this to 0, you can register in the future.
