Ok, that makes sense and definitely makes it a lot easier...unless
someone is spending a large amount of time looking through hundreds of
checkboxes to assign to the projects/phases. What would you recommend
for something that is not so general as 'testing' though. Like say you
are an architecture firm and one project has activities like...
Credenza - Living room
Pocket door - dining area
Storage Cabinet - Kitchen
And another project has activities like...
Credenza - Entry Area
Pocket door - basement bathroom
Storage Cabinet - master bedroom
And what if there are different activities for each of those in each
phase like...
Design, manufacturing, installation (for each item listed above)
Would you make everything more general and add a remark or just add each
individual task even it changes from project to project and ends up
showing hundreds of activities to? This is giving me a new look at
tracking activities...and I'm like it. Thanks for the suggestions!
