Problem Saving More Than One of Anything
Hello,
I just downloaded and installed Achievo 1.1RC3 and am having a problem
adding things more than once. Security Profiles, Employees, Function
Levels, etc ... once I add the first item to the database, I am unable to
add a second item. I am NOT getting error messages. What typically happens
is the first entry screen functions normally but either the item isn't saved
or it brings up the first item to edit. Here are a couple of examples:
Example #1 - Employee Add
I created my first employee, typed in all fields and "save". Brings up
additional info screen, "save". Now I want to create a second employee. I
click "Employee Add", type in the new employee info, click "save". The
additional info screen comes up but with the FIRST employee's information.
No matter what I do, I can not add a second employee.
Example #2 - Security Profiles
I created a profile called "Admin", checked the boxes for what I want them
to be able to do, and "save". If I attempt to add a second profile, it
always brings up "Admin" with all the check-boxes unchecked. Also, If I
logout as Administrator and login as a my first (and only) employee I get
"Sorry, you do not have permission to perform this action" regardless of
what I try to do. When I log back in as Administrator and check the Admin
security profile, everything is now unchecked.
Note ... I don't know why, but it did allow me ONCE to do a few things as
the first employee. I tried adding a new employee and got the same problem
as #1 above. After that, no matter what I tried to do it gave me the error
I mentioned in #2 above.
This problem happens regardless of whether I log in as Administrator or the
first employee.
