yes. I sure did sir. What I will do for you is create a new database, and re-run the install. See what happens. I had other tables in there, but no tables with the same name as "todo". While were on the topic of DB stuff, is it possible to had a table prefix before each table name such as acievo_todo etc.?

It should indeed have installed the table. Before running setup, did you unzip all of Achievo while keeping directory structure intact?
