Can't add contract

Hi, I am trying to add contract for a newly created user (a contract for
40 hours per week, normal weekdays). When I click save, I come back to
the user display but there is no contract added, and I don't get any
error messages what so ever. What can be wrong?

Im using Achievo-1.1RC2, Linux Redhat-9 with apache 2.0.40, php-4.2.2
