auto_increment should not be needed. If you rely on auto_increment, it
will go wrong some time in the near future, because Achievo has it's own
way of incrementing id's.
If you're using mysql4, make sure you have set the 'lock tables'
privilege. It's needed to generate the id's.

In the security profiles screen of Achievo, you can grant the right to
view all users. If you don't have that right, you can only view your own
hours. If you have the right, you will get the dropdown you want.
