Just upgraded from 0.9.4 to current version. The update script did db
changes well except we had to add manually auto_increment to id row in hours
table to get it work perfectly.

Still I have one problem. I have all rights as admin user, however I am not
able to choose all employees in Time Survey. There is only my account.
Should there be a drop-down list like in previous version to choose All
employees? Maybe I am missing something...
