RE: [achievo] Oracle support for Achievo

looking at your link it looks like something like you ticket system could be built in to am achievo module to run as part of achievo. But I know thats not what your looking for and that you want to stick with Oracle as the back end database and you orginal code for you ticket system.

Hello and happy new year to all of you,

I have been digging around in Achievo-1.0.1 to see if I can add Oracle
support to it and I'm stuck at how it is supposed to be.
Can somebody point me in the right direction for this?
What I did sofar was to see how much of the old code still works and I
have created by hand the schema, using my mysql achievo db as a template,
and I'm able to connect but after checking if the tables are there,
setup.php, decides todo something which I can't trace.
I substituted 'select * from tab' for 'show tables' and that part is
working, using xdebug to verify this, after that the connection is
closed and I get the message from setup.php to retry
Problem seems to bee the fetch next which produces the warning
'sql_no_more_data' which is interpreted as an error.

Anyone who can help me?

Reason I'm doing this is to couple our ticketing system (Request Tracker,
http://www.bestpractical.com) to Achievo and we are a specialized Oracle
softwarehouse. I can use mysql but if I don't have to I won't,

Thanks in advance,

Joop
