achievo uses adodb-time.inc.php (in atk/utils) version 0.06.
Current version is 0.11; the current version solves a problem where on
some systems dates prior to 1970-01-01 will be returned as -1. This
results in all dates before 1970-01-01 being registered as 1969-12-31, so
when I tried to set my birthday it failed 8-(

Replacing adodb-time.inc.php with the current version from adodb-4.2.0
solves this problem, I haven't found any adverse effects sofar.

BTW, thanks for adding the config option for the time resolution, I have
been 'hacking' the source for every update upto 1.0.3.
