Turn todos into Timeregistrations ?

Hi,
I use achievo to keep track of work for my csutomers, use the report
function to write my invoices. I got 2 free employees that use achievo
too. I use the todo funktion to assign them tasks todo for me. It would
be great if they could just turn a todo into a timereg, that way nothing
else to type. or turn it into a timereg with editing option ? How bout
coloring the status info into red,green,yellow or somthing for nice
overview ?
