no i understood it. i did both. saw the statistic as administrator AND granted the view all right to the profile that i was using

No, no, you misunderstoor my previous mail. I didn't tell you to view
the statistics as administrator..
As administrator, go to the profile screen, and grant the correct
'view_all' privileges to the profile that your Junaid account is in..
Then, relogin as Junaid, and the statistics should now display the dropdown.
