ok. i logged on as administrator. when i chose "Employee" and "Employee statistic" i had this bug in the bottom of the screen:

and i couldnt even as administrator choose "All users".
not with admin either even after i granted "grant all" rights

Login as administrator (not your own admin account), and check if you
have the privilege. (it may appear that you have all rights set, but
that's only because you may only view all rights that you have, so new
rights are invisible).
While you're at it, you can now also grant the 'grant all' privilege to
yourself. Once you have this, you don't need to login as administrator
anymore: you will now also see all rights that you do not have yourself.
