If you would want to do that currently, you'd have to have a different
contract for each week.
We currently have an overtime balance feature, which calculates a
running balance for your time. If you have a contract for 40 hours per
week, and work 20 hours in a week, your balance becomes -20. Then, if
you work 70 hours the week thereafter, your balance becomes 10.
The script that does the complaining, should actually look at this
balance, but it's currently not implemented like that (the balance
feature is newer than the script).
