Hello, 
I've just done an install of achievo rc3, but am unable to add new users
beyond the initial user created during the setup phase.

When I attempt to add a new users, I am brough to the editing page with
my initial users information filled in. Looking in the database, I see
that only my initial user has a row, and that db_sequence is empty. A
coworkers win32 install (which works) has data in the db_sequence table.

I'm using freebsd and mysql 4.15 from freebsd ports.

Any help is appreciated, this looks like a great product.
