RE: [achievo] Install Help
I'm new to this stuff....here's some info for you.
I can connect to mysql and create databases and create and edit users for
mysql databases. I'm using a GUI utility to administer the database and
that works fine.
The user has all the permissions suggested in the install documentation.
I have not reinstalled mysql after setting privileges.
I installed PHP with a preconfigured package that supports mysql.
I'm not sure how to tell if the database is running. I know that's been
created...I can connect to it using mysql with on problems.
How am I supposed to point acheivo or php to the mysql database called
achieve_1_0?
I've edited the config.inc.php in the achievo directory as per the install
instructions. Is there any place else I need to edit in order to point it
the mysql database called achieve_1_0?
It just seems like the app doesn't know where the database is....any help is
greatly appreciated.
