Yes, but you have to install the 'billing' addon module, which you can
download from http://www.achievo.org/download/nightly.

This module is not on http://www.achievo.org/download/modules yet,
because the billing functionality itself is not working yet. But the
expenses part works and is usable.

Yes, there's an extension module for this too. It's called 'weektimereg'
and can be downloaded from http://www.achievo.org/download/modules.
