Re your multiple entry problem. I just installed fastcgi as per the
instructions on the web site using the fastcgi.reg to update the registry. I
can't be absolutely sure that this was what did the trick as I had
previously modified my php.ini file and can't remember whether i had
rebooted in between. I would suggest trying the fastcgi and if that doesn't
work checking the php.ini file I  can't remember exactly what I did - I just
went through and changed anything that looked as if it might help. I've had
a quick compare with the original file  and have spotted the following
changes.
    fastcgi.impersonate = 1
    enable_dl = Off
    mysql.trace_mode= On.

If that doesn't work I could send you my php.ini file.
