bug on saving project notes

Hi,

Ive just installed the latest development version of Achievo (1.0.rc1) and
am trying to add some notes to a project which is failing. The project was
added and saved correctly, with contact person, title etc. and seems to be
okay.
However when I go to "Project Notes" -> "add a new note", enter information
in both fields and press save I get this message:

Save failed due to the following reason:
Owner: This field is required

Seems to me like there is a hidden field missing from the form, and I
imagine whoever wrote it should be able to deduce the problem fairly quickly.

Would this need added to bugzilla .. or ?
