All of your suggestions are good. I've yet to interview the staff member
with the least enjoyment in logging their time, though their frustration may
just be in logging time electronically in general. So maybe after I find out
what they think could be done to improve it, I'll post back and we can
figure it out from there. I do know that some of my staff enter multiple
days at a time.

How projects work in our office sounds not unlike yours, for a week at a
time any one staff member would not be logging time for more than 10
projects I'd say, however we do have fair number of phases/activities. It
almost seems like it could be helpful for us to log multiple phases or
multiple activities per project.
