Your best starting point are the 'Developing Achievo Extensions' guides
on http://www.achievo.org/development/documentation
These will give you an idea of how Achievo works internally. Once you've
read these, have a look at how attributes work (in atk/attributes) to
see how you can make your own attribute. This is necessary if you want
to do stuff like concatenating values in the remark field.
If you create an extra field in the database, all you need to do is add
a few lines of code to modules/timereg/class.hours.inc, just add one or
two atkTimeAttributes on top or instead of the atkDurationAttribute.
(but still, the above mentioned guides would provide a good basis before
you start with this)
