Can't you use the 'employee weekreport' or the 'timesurvey' in the 
reports menu? Both have a dropdown to select all hours from users that 
have a certain supervisor. The dropdown can be switched beteen 
'Supervisor' and 'Name'. The first lets you see all hours of people you 
supervise, the latter lets you see your own hours.

To use this, you need to have the proper rights in your profile though.
