Possible bug in atkManyBoolRelation (class.phase.inc)

Hello Ivo,

I have more than 9 activity. If I select activity with id=27 and press
'SAVE' button (in Phase-Edit), achievo have selected activity with id=2
(trim second symbol), but save to db activity with id=27. If I press 'SAVE'
button  second time, activity with id=2 will save to db.

So if we select activity and press 'SAVE AND CLOSE', this bug don't show
itself.
