doesnt save records

Hello there, 

i have installed Achievo release candidate 2. 

im using phb version 4.3.3,1
mysql version 4.0.15 ad i HAVE given the LOCK TABLES privilegie to database user

but i still cant save anything at all except from the first record

what should i do?
