It's not that 4.2.1 is too old. It's just that there's a bug with 
session management in PHP 4.2.1 that prevents Achievo from running 
properly.

However, if you used to run Achievo on this PHP version without trouble 
before, you might want to try editing setup.php and disabling this 
check, maybe in your situation the session bug is not present. If indeed 
Achievo runs fine on your system after disabling this check, let me 
know, and I'll try to see if I can make the check more specific.
