Yesterday I released 0.9.2 more than 2 months after I originally said I 
would release it, so I'm a bit hesitating to give any timeframe. :)

Well, actually, never. :)

What I mean by that is: The Achievo core distribution will remain small, 
and a lot of features will become available as add-on modules which you 
can separately download and install. The costregistration module was 
part of Achievo in 0.9.1, but in 0.9.2 I have removed it from the 
distribution.

If these are critical features to you, you might want to consider taking 
part in the Achievo Sponsorship Program
