edit problem in 0.9.4

Hi,

Ive just downloaded and installed the latest (0.9.4) version of Achievo
and have come across a small problem.

Its happening when I add, and then subsequently edit a "security
profile" or a "project". I get this:

  Save failed due to the following reason: 
  Name: The value for this field must be unique

It seems to add it to the database okay, but when trying to update it
gives that error. The other thing is that any changes I do make to the
security profile aren't saved and they always remain empty.

Has this happened before ? Is there anything I should be checking ?
