Hi,

If you also have access to the Achievo installation you can edit 
config.inc.php and change (temporarily) the administrator account's 
password ($config_administratorpassword). You can then login using 
administrator/<password> and give a certain user the administrator 
permissions.

P.S.
You can ofcourse also just use the administrator account for creating 
projects etc. but I recommend giving a user this ability.
