permission problem

Hi
I am using PHP version 4.3.2, MySQL version 4.0  and
Apache version 2.0.46 and have installed Achievo 0.9.4

When i log in as employee and try to add a TODO list
or NOTES it doesnt give any error message but the TODO
list doesnt show up. Also when i try to schedule
something it gives me error like "YOU DONT HAVE
PERMISSIONS TO DO THIS OPERATION". It gives the same
error in Reports and Setup.

I dont know whether this a bug, or there is some
problem in my setup. 
Please help me solve this problem.
