Login Failed

Hi,

I've installed Achievo on a windows 2000 server, using IIS.

I get "login Failed" when I try to connect.

I see this has been an issue for others in the list archive, but no solution
is listed.
I have checked all the usual stuff concerned with php.ini.

Any suggestions?
