Well, there are several possibilities. The most obvious solution would 
be that you can only send mail to the list if you're subscribed. But 
this is awkward for people who mail to the list from a different address 
than the one they used to subscribe. Since the amount of spam sent to 
the list is very minimal, I think such a measure would be too drastic 
for now, unless of course the majority of you thinks otherwise.
