Sounds like a javascript problem. Which browser are you using, and which 
Achievo version? Are you seeing any javascript errors? (in case of 
internet explorer, look for a yellow warning in the lowerleft corner of 
the screen, in case of Mozilla/Netscape, use the javascript console to 
see if there are errors.
