I got the Apache / php issue worked out!!


Now I am at the main menu.

So I don't have to set this thing up more than once, I will ask some getting
started questions.

I suppose I need to create myself a user account rather than always using
the administrator account.  I went to the "employee administration" and
entered myself an ID and my name.  I clicked save.  I then went out to the
employee table to see if the data had been saved and there was nothing in
the table.

So, I went to the manage projects and entered a new project name and clicked
save.  I went to the tables looking for any record that I had entered
something but could find none.

Any suggestions?
