Are you able to connect to irc? If you can connect to irc.studio12.com and join channel #achievo, we can try to help you there. This will work better and save the other subscribers a lot of mail.

You can also try the irc applet on http://www.achievo.org, in the contact area, but I'm not sure it works ok yet.
