I don't know if this is supported in the current stable versions of 
Achievo. I do know the new "Resource Planning" module mentioned in an 
earlier post, *will* contain this feature (if I'm not mistaken ;P). But 
as said in the earlier post, I can't tell you exactly when this new 
(development) release will be released. The current stable version 
contains a configuration option for the working days, but I don't know 
if this information is used for the project planning... :/
