The next development release will contain a new module called "Resource 
Planning" which will add this feature to Achievo. :)

That's one of the features of the earlier mentioned module.

All part of the feature set of the "Resource Planning" module. 
Unfortunately I can't tell you when exactly the new development release 
will be ready. As soon as Ivo is back from his holiday I will ask him 
when the next release will be ready.
