Could I ask a hand on something the todo's seems to be acting up. some times emails are sent the minute you hit save but then at other times they don't get sent for hours up to 24 hours later this is a big problem consider the fact these request are intended as action items to the assigned owner. I contacted my web ISP and he said he doesn't think the systems is causing the lap in time I'm now seen the issue with new reuest todo's set for high priority and with todo's the are be mark complete or in-progress. again this is a big issue because with them taking so much time to exit the email system people aren't getting them in a timely manor and in some case they get them after the resolves and issues have been completed a day later. Like I said some times they go out the minute you hit save other times they don't email out of the system for 2,4,6,,,,24 hours. Please help I've had to put the techs back to using the on email accounts which doesn't get todo track from the site.
