[DEV] Country Codes

I've found an easily lifted list of country codes on a UN Statistics site.
It contains 3 data elements: numeric ref, long name, 3-char abbreviation.

Seems like that would be the structure most widely accepted, or provide both
2 and 3 char abbreviations?
