It has to be in a defined place, so Achievo can include the correct 
file. Maybe a 'nodes' dir per module would be cleaner? But then again, 
modules consist mainly of nodes, so perhaps just leaving it as it is is 
fine.

For the stuff you do in Part 1 of the guide it will probably work with 
or without, but it might go wrong when you start using external files 
like javascripts, images etc.

It already a database abstraction layer. Oracle testing is underway. For 
postgresql we could still use some volunteers to maintain and test.
