Thanks for the help on the first one.  I wound up just using the php windows
installer, opting out of warning messages, then getting the isapi dll from
the full distribution (I was trying to run on apache, but my main site uses
iis, so if it'll run on that, which it looks like it will, I'd prefer it).

The app comes up now, and most screens seem to be fine.  I have one small
problem on a few pages.  I keep getting this error...

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class layout in
C:\apps\achievo\atk\class.layout.inc on line 19

I assume the same thing is being included twice, but php doesn't like that.
Is there any way to disable the check for this, or is my install off in some
way?
