Expense registration is implemented in Achievo 0.9, which I planned on

In your proposal, you have intermixed time and expense registration. I 
don't know if that's such a good idea, since often you don't spend time 
on thinks you buy. If for example for a project you need a box of 10 
CD-R's, then usuallay you don't add this in your time registration. So 
therefor, in Achievo 0.9, we created a separate 'expense registration' 
feature.

I'll have a look at how we can integrate the 2 without really intemixing 
the tables. In any case, thanks for the proposal!
