Well for now, the best solution would be to set the 
allow_call_time_pass_reference configuration parameter to true. It seems 
the Achievo back-end is using stuff that's depreciated in PHP 4.1.x. We 
should ofcourse look in to that, and fix it for future releases.

Anyway, if you do the above, you also won't get the other error messages 
("headers already sent") anymore. And you should be able to use Achievo.
