Dear Sirs:

 

As many of our projects span various departments and the same phase may be implemented by more than one department, it would be helpful to have the customer id in each time entry. This will allow us to closer manage activity by customer across projects. For example, our Knowledge Base is currently maintained on an ongoing basis with no way to cost our time to each department’s features. As a good deal of our work is like this, we were wondering if you intend to add this feature or if you could let us know which script to modify to accommodate this ourselves.
