Achievo 1.0.3 release notes - February 05, 2004

These are the release notes for Achievo 1.0.3.
The changes in this release are listed below, as well as any issues that you should be aware of when upgrading to this release.

 What's new?

This release contains several bugfixes, as well as some new features:

• Added piecharts and textual stats for employees.
  
• Added detail links to the hoursurvey to projectstats.
  
• Added textual stats to the project stats. (bug #248)
  
• Added 'grant all' privilege, which allows users to grant rights they do not explicitly have themselves.
  
• Added VAT number to organizations. (bug #252)
  
• The resolution for time entry can now be configured. (bug #256)
  
• The 'time survey' report can now be filtered by remark.
  
• Added menu-item to manage contact persons.
  
• Contacts found with the searchbox now show their company. (bug #227)
  
• Added decimals to employee contracts.
  
• Roles that are not in use can now be deleted. (bug #236)
  
• The employee weekreport now displays negative overtime (shortages).
  
• Modified employee add screen so contracts will not be overlooked.
  
• Employee contracts' enddate is now optional.
  
• Added support for cumulative usercontracts.
  
• Added birthdate field for employees.
  
• Setup.php now accepts include_paths with only ".". (bug #237)
  
• The project stats page now has the project name in the title box.
  
• Added several untranslated strings to the language files.
  
• Fixed bug when using the alphabetical indexes on pages > 1.
  
• Updated Swedish language file.
  
• Updated German language file.
  
• Updated French language file.
  
• Updated Dutch language file.
  

 Upgrade notes

When upgrading from a previous version of Achievo, a database patch is necessary. The Achievo setup.php script can take care of this.

After upgrading the software, go to the setup.php script in your Achievo directory, using your browser. Login as 'Administrator', with the password configured in the config.inc.php file, and follow the instructions on screen.
