How to contact the Achievo project

Depending on the type of information you need, there are several ways to contact us.

 Forums

Achievo has a user community that is generally willing to help new users that are experiencing problems with Achievo.

To join the community, join the forums.

You don't need to register to read the forums. If you want to post messages, you have to register though.

You can also use the forums if you plan developing extensions for Achievo, and would like to know if we or other users are already developing the features you need.

If you just want to stay up to date with new releases of Achievo, you can join the announce mailinglist instead, by sending an empty message to announce-subscribe@achievo.org. This is a low-volume, moderated mailinglist.

 E-mail

If you have a question that for some reason you can't ask on the mailinglist, and that isn't covered by the FAQ, you can send an e-mail directly to one of the developers (sandy@achievo.org or ivo@achievo.org).

 Chat

If you want to chat with the developers or with other users, you can connect with an IRC client to irc.krey.net, and join channel #achievo. Keep in mind that we are busy people, so we're not always immediately available to solve problems.
