In defining a phase, one can give a end date that is before the start date! The
effect in the Gantt is strang. Try it on the demo account.
The end date should always be checked to be after the start date of a phase.

Still wrong for 1.2. It does not make sense to be able to choose an end date
before the start date. It should not be up to the user to check this.

This is fixed in cvs and will be released in achievo 1.2.1
