Gantt-Chart in Project Planning doesn't seems to work. There is no Gantt 
displayed.

The ganttchart still referenced some tables/fields that no longer existed in
1.1.RC1. I removed the references.

The gantt chart is now calculated based on the phase dependencies and the
planned times. It does not adhere to manually set phase-start/end dates yet.
